Peter Nastasi was born into a construction family business, that built and maintained homes and office buildings. For the past 25 years was the owner of Peter Nastasi Management, a premier management company serving New Jersey and New York, as well as consultant to numerous hospitality businesses in the tri state area.
Don Brennan
Don Brennan has been a successful business owner since 1996, with a strong background in property development and management. Over the past three decades, he has overseen numerous real estate projects, bringing a hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge to every venture. Now, as co-founder of Custos Management, Don applies his expertise to deliver reliable, results-driven property management services across the region.
Mason Maher
With over 30 years of hands-on management experience, Mason brings a proven track record of leadership, problem-solving, and people-focused results across a wide range of industries. Specializing in both large-scale and small property management, Mason has successfully overseen operations, streamlined efficiencies, and built strong, collaborative teams. His expertise lies not only in managing assets but also in cultivating trust and communication among staff, homeowners, and stakeholders.
